Obama says ISIS is a direct consequence of our 2003 invasion: "Which is why America should aim before it shoots"

What Obama actually said was: "ISIL is direct outgrowth of al Qaeda in Iraq which grew out of our invasion which is an example of unintended consequences which is why we should generally aim before we shoot." And for those who hate reading dumb words, here's the tl;dr from the latest Fox News headlines: "Obama blames Bush again."

Now of course, you could take the position that the Middle East has been in religious conflict for...let's do some math...centuries but who cares about history right?

But we had to go to war right? I mean, they had WMDs. Wait...did they?

Actually, yes they sure as shit did. Both Pres. Bush and Sec. Def. Donald Rumsfeld knew this for a fact because Rumsfeld helped Iraq make the chemical weapons.

Rumsfeld was a diplomatic envoy for Pres. Reagan and under direction of Pres. Reagan helped broker a $1.5 million dollar deal between Iraq and Dow Chemical to supply Iraq with industrial grade pesticides, despite the fact that both Reagan and Rumsfeld had been advised by the CIA that Iraq was already producing chemical weapons at the time. But Reagan wanted to destabilize Iran at any cost. That worked out great, huh?

How do I know this? Is it some big liberal conspiracy theory? Nope. This is according to FOIA released by the U.S. government...in 2002, which was reported by many news outlets although some skipped over it for some reason.

Well, what were we to do at that point? Regardless, of who made the mess we had to clean it up right? And if centuries of religious conflict in the Middle East before there was even a United States have taught us anything it's that throwing troops, tanks, money and democracy at a problem will fix anything: "Five days or five weeks or five months, but it certainly isn't going to last any longer than that." -Sec. Def. Donald Rumsfeld, 2002

Eh...whatever. Close enough.
