Obsessing over whether or not I tipped well

I think you can contact WalMart and let them know you got the wrong order. Have a receipt ready, let them know when you ordered, had it delivered, what was missing and what was there that isn't in your receipt, and they'll (hopefully) verify that you didn't get the right order and decide how to deal with that first. You might even get some money back for bringing that up.

As for the tip, I'd say you're doing fine. Tipping more than 15% is pretty generous (good on you for doing 35%, that's awesome), and as it is, I think they'd be satisfied for getting that. As it is, taking out a few extra bags isn't the biggest expenditure of time and energy. I think you're good.
