The obsession with neoteny is more common in reddit than in real life.

I feel like I need to get outside of the Internet echo chamber because where I am (NY) I see tons of women in their 50s, 60s, so on that look incredibly glamorous and beautiful, even when they have wrinkles and obvious signs of aging and haven’t been getting Botox multiple times a year for the past 20 years etc. And a lot of men I know DO admire and find older women absolutely beautiful, again, even if they haven’t invested in anti-aging for decades.

I do think people can be too fatalistic and the incel rhetoric infects the Internet/here. Obviously ageism exists but … IDK. There truly are so many stunning women that “look their age” and it doesn’t detract from their beauty or intrigue or charm at all.
