[OC]I made some youtube videos about my glass guitars

I'm honestly surprised, I expected something like what I've seen before, a body of Lucite or similar material and a wooden neck bolted on. You appear to have made the whole thing from whatever material, which is cool.

And that's the most notable thing about the guitars: they're made of a non-traditional material and are homemade. And yet, yet there's no discussion or description of what makes them actually interesting and unique: the process of making them.

That's the most interesting thing about them.

I would also remind you that your Strat and your homemade guitar aren't at all the same-- different pickups, different wiring-- so comparing the Strat to the homemade guitar is showing that they sound different. Surprise surprise.

What is the wiring harness for the homemade guitar based on? What are the pickups? Choose what kind of guitar they're most similar to and compare it to that. Your homemade guitar sounds a lot more like an SG or Tele Deluxe to me.

Or better yet, don't bother with a comparison like that. You play the homemade guitar, we can hear what it sounds like. We don't need to know how it sounds compared to your Strat. It's like a video comparing 0-60 times for a Tesla and a '72 VW Beetle. We know they're going to be different, they're very different vehicles. The comparison doesn't really need to be done. You have two guitars with different pickups and electronics (despite your comment that they're "the same," they're clearly not).

If you want to make any more videos, how about one showing your workspace, and describing the process of making one of these?

How did you make the neck? Or the body, for that matter?
