I'm in IT and am forced to change passwords quarterly with some repeat protection. I guaran-fuckin-tee you all of my work accounts have similar passwords based on something to do with the season and year. Like a variation of "Turkey21", "Summer19", "Santa2016", or my favorite final password when planning to leave "FuckY0u12" for the multiple daily warm fuzzy feeling moments.

If they are going to hassle me with the security theater, I'm going to go the easy route.

Now, home accounts, anything I personally give a shit about, that is gonna be at least a 16 character phrase with upper, lower, number, and symbol deal that sounds like utter gibberish but is easy for me to remember.
