Hart, Kompany and Zabaleta are the only players who remain from before the takeover in 2008.

Demichelis had signed for Atletico in the same window we bought him, his last professional appearance before signing for us was for Malaga though.

Iheanacho is listed as coming from City because he was brought in from a Nigerian academy and not from an actual club, so that's the best idea I had for a logo for him.

Wright was technically a free agent when we signed him, but Preston North End was the last club he was at before coming to City (even if only for a week), so I decided to include the logo anyways. The last club he actually made an appearance for before coming to City was Ipswich Town.

Mangala or Otamendi and Kolarov or Clichy in the starting line-up is of course arguable, just went with what we're going with at the moment for those positions.

Wasn't sure whether to include Zuculini and Roberts, but there wasn't anymore space left in the image so I figured since their roles are up in the air (Zuculini can't fit in the squad since he isn't HG and Roberts will probably play for the EDS) I'd leave them out.

Most people around here will of course know these facts, but I thought it was a fun thing to do, maybe some new fans will learn something from it.
