OCD making me worried about new gym routine. Can anyone ease my mind here?

Don’t wokescold me man, I’ve been diagnosed with a primarily obsessional form of OCD when I was 13 and it’s made my life a living hell in many many regards and bordered on psychosis at one point with the things ive believed in the depths of it. Yes, this is one way my ocd manifests itself. It can creep its way into any daily activity I have, no matter how benign.

Either way, I was looking for people to help and maybe explain if the new routine I would start would be a solid way to maintain. I’m aware my initial routine is dumb, but that’s what my brain told me I had to do to stay strong and it worked but came at the cost of a few injuries. I know it sounds stupid, it sounds stupid to me too.

Anyways, I just wanted to know what people thought because there’s a lot of conflicting info about maintaining muscle (some online sources say once muscle is built, you only have to work out minimally...which seemed like bullshit to me.) but I deleted the post because instead of any help everyone seemed like they just wanted to tell me how retarded I am.
