I would imagine supervision would wait until you are proven guilty to punish you. Having said that, innocent until proven guilty / double jeopardy is only applicable to civilians. A lot of factors that shouldn’t be, will be considered. Are you male or female, rank, previous record, are you the first DUI in the squadron in s while, is the commander in a good mood today. If the commander is new, they may be looking to make an example out of you. Or they could show leniency. You could just get an LOR. Or if you have a line number that might save your ass. Commanders love to pull those. I would consider myself lucky If i didn’t receive an article 15 and discharge.
