Let me spell this out so you can understand it.

The tmobile number used to create the account is not a number ever associated with, and has never been used on Sprint before.

Once you activate a TMobile SIM (not porting in), Tmobile, just like Sprint, gives you a number from their pool. This would be the number used by OP to create the free 1 yr account.
