What is your biggest turn off in a woman?

Mine is a woman with no drive or ambition in personal health/looks & financial/career.

For context what prompted this is i have been talking to my missus regarding careers alot lately as she currently works at a supermarket and always complaining that she hates it, so she comes home saying she hates it and just wants to leave so I said do it get a new job, so she says yeah ive been looking today maybe at working in a clothes store..... I said so what you want to do pretty much the exact same job just somewhere else.... like ffs are you just content living like that forever?.. pisses me off.

I'm trying to talk her into becoming a nurse.
