This isn't directly about steroids so I'll stick it in here.

About a month ago I crashed my motorbike and broke my foot and chopped off the head of my ulna (big bone sticking out the outside of your wrist).

My cast comes off on the 5th, and was wondering if anyone had done anything similar and has advice?

Will obviously speak with my doc when the cast comes off but my plan is:

I'm assuming light weight high reps is a much better plan, and stop if I feel any pain.

Using a cable attachment to just below my wrist for flyes, curls etc to avoid stress on my wrist.

Avoid benching and heavy compounds that stress my wrists.

My foots mostly ok so I can build decent legs.

For back I was going to use a cable attachment on my elbow to do pulldowns and rows.

Not sure what I can really do for bicep/tricep work - ideas for me to test out would be appreciated .

Also, will I be able to make good gains with this kind of setup? I have certain goals to hit by June at the latest, so realistically want to start my cycle asap. But obviously don't want to waste it

Note: I am NOT going to push my wrists hard and redamage them, I don't need that kind of advice. If I try anything and it hurts, I'll stop and try again in a few weeks.
