sup bois. so i randomly came up with this idea a while ago, to overload one side of the bar more than the other one. since stability is big part of strength i thought it would help a lot so i did that on bench. and since that even one session i swear, bench press even quick reps it goes straight up no side to side nothing. just direct up. have you tried any weird shit like this that helped?

will try it on other exercises and progress on this one. other shit i’ll try : squats with no hands, barbell instead of a dumbbell in one hand if possible for extra stability work, bands unbalanced loading, bands pulling the bar forwards, bands pulling the bar backwards. this is all light weight af
