I don't get it, my boy has been training hard for at least 15 years. The first 10 he ran a lot of gear, permablast. Towards to end he really pushed it. I've seen pictures of those times and he definitely had the obvious juiced look big time. The permablast led to heart failure, he survived and got his health in check. Never stopped training like a bodybuilder though. He was on real TRT for a few years, but wanted to compete and started using more conservatively. Off season looked like 400 test 300 deca give or take depending on when in the year. Prep he runs something like 300 test/300 mast/300 npp/75 var. He looked pretty natty on stage next to guys that he's been training way longer than. He's like 40 pounds lighter than his biggest when permablasting, but still not light for his height and definitely way leaner year-round.

I personally think he overtrains and lacks emphasis on form/tempo. Can something like that really be such a limiting factor? Genetics? Sucks to see someone work so hard, put their heart (literally) and soul into it and get lackluster results. I could tell he was disappointed.
