[OFFER] [STEAM] ANY game you want! Within reason.

Thanks OP <3

Game: Stranded Deep Price if you need it - £10.99

Why?: I really love survival games. Not the typical blood and gore survival but just.. living on an island. Build a raft, float around a bit, generally just live like a character from Lost (minus all the weird smoke monsters and radios). I ran some big GMod community servers many years ago and the biggest server we had was called Stranded, it's basically the same as this game but without sharks.

Steam Profile: Linky - I have a lot of games and I generally play them all, I'm currently in the process of trying to complete all my achievements. I want to add, if I get the game I will send you a few of my favorite screenshots of my progress! :)

Writing Prompt: I know you said person but i'm going to break the rule a little here if that's ok, I'm socially awkward and don't get attached easily but I had a cat growing up. I felt like he was my only 'real' friend so I'd rather talk about him! I volunteered at a cat shelter for 6 years during highschool. It was really damn hard not to bring all the cats home, my mother did allow a few though.

The first one we rescued was Mo, an older black cat who didn't enjoy contact with people. We seemed to have terrible luck with cats being hit by cars despite living far into the countryside and Mo was hit by a car about 8 months after we got him. After Mo we rescued Max, a beautiful ginger cat, incredibly friendly and social. About 6 months after we rescued him he went missing and was found a few days later by the road. We decided it wasn't working and was too unfair to keep rescuing them just to be run down and so my mother called it quits, I could still work at the shelter but no rescues.

About a year later we were visiting a town a bit away from home, we stopped in at a pet store to pickup dog food. It was one of those areas where you lock your wheels to the ground, it wasn't pleasant. The pet shop itself was a mess. Inside was a sign with "kittens for sale", it's illegal to sell cats in pet stores here so my mother asked about it. In the back room were 2 honestly half dead kittens, he was charging £50 each and we weren't rich but we took the slightly more alive one and went straight to our volunteer shelter vet. It was really touch and go for 2 days but he survived and we called him Felix! Identical to the cat food advert. He was the only cat we had who wasn't hit by a car. My mother worked long hours and I spent a lot of years walking home and being alone in the house until late evenings. Felix would always be at the end of my street and walked me home, every. single. night. He'd follow me into the fields on my bike and sit by the road edge and would wait for me to come back. He was like an animal sibling to me. He was my best friend, my babysitter and my dog walker all in one, I'm not sure he knew he was a cat honestly he was more like a miniature dog. He definitely meant more to me than anyone for a lot of years, once a month I'd buy a catnip sack from the shelter and he'd have his own legal high for the weekend, he really was incredible :D

When Felix was about 5 we had a family emergency and had to move back to our old area (6 hours away where the majority of our family lived). Unfortunately we couldn't take Felix, we had to sell our house and would be renting until everything was sorted with the move. My mother drove him to my volunteer shelter one day and I never saw him again. I have complete faith that the shelter would have found him a good place.
