Damn man. CS reps told me "the quicker you send it in, the quicker we send it. Expect 2-3 days turnaround" i felt like telling them to stop lying to my face and check the reddit thread. all i wanted to do was get them to put the 900$ charge on my credit card & send it first. The rep canceled the RMA when trying to switch it to an advanced, but when that failed, she never switched it back to a standard exchange. Since "the google 6P policy has changed due to the influx of 6P calls" , now at the moment, even though i was approved for a pixel. i am being told now longer eligible for an RMA/upgrade because of the new policies and because now of this date i am past the cutoff. I still have her email saying we can still do a standard RMA instead of advanced. I emailed her back in 28 minutes saying yes i will RMA w/google but received the cold shoulder.

Tl;dr, i know it sucks but hang in there or they might dick you. I'm gonna try fighting the hell out of this. But before getting upset, i have faith in my current CS rep.
