Jared claims he agreed to polyamory, Heidi says "We attempted polyamory", which she neglected to mention, in her batch of tweets following "A Statement", which seems shady.

Could you get out of your confirmation bias, for a split second and put yourself in Jared's position:
He approved Heidi's partners, Heidi didn't approve of his first potential partner - Holly.
How does that seem even remotely fair?! (Regardless of how Heidi justifies it and from Jared's POV)

Also, it's Jared who stated that Holly was with him during her marriage so go off. He was trying to spin this to make himself look better and you bought it hook, line and sinker.
Nope, neither in Jared's, nor Heidi's claims, is it ever specified if Holly was still married, what we know for a fact is Holly and Jared have been fucking for months (I guess I was mistaken it was not 6 months, but the lacking in timeframe entirely), guess what it has been months since Holly and Ross' divorced (check the date of the article and quoted tweets), seems shady on Heidi's side, and that's EVEN IF YOU ASSUME JARED'S ALLEGATIONS of Heidi also having an affair at the same time ARE FALSE.

Jared is very much liable in court for all allegations(including the pedo ones), but nobody has taken it to court, why?

Let me reiterate for the billionth time: I am NOT CLAIMING JARED WAS IN THE RIGHT, but that there is a fair reason to believe that HEIDI WAS ALSO IN THE WRONG.
Yes I'm using "billionth time" (as exaggeration), but I don't want defend Jared, rather reason why, Heidi is at fault too.
