Ultra doubt anyone is going to see this burried in all of the other discussion here, but I have a question about when the Ancient One is describing the problem with taking the infinity stones out of the new alternate realities created by the time traveling.

She says that removing the stones from her reality will doom it to chaos. At first I thought what she meant is that because the stones are linked to the fundamental rules of the universe (time, space, mind, etc.) removing them would mess up those aspects of reality. But then that raises the question as to why the main timeline isn't suffering any consequences as a result of losing it's infinity stones.

My best guess is that she means that losing the infinity stones means that the heroes in her timeline won't have them if they end up needing them. For example, if the time stone isn't returned to her universe then Dr. Strange won't have it to defeat Dormmamu when he attacks.
