I'll pretend for a second that everything regarding compromised accounts and hackers was false as BSG said. Their reaction is still inexcusable. At some point, the devs and the community of any given game come under a mutual understanding that posting video content using their video game is ok. BSG has made it clear that youtube videos and twitch streams involving their game are fine, and they will not pursue any copyright violations. Then, some youtuber starts posting anti-hype videos about problems with the game and a possible security breach, and BSG strikes 34(!!) of his videos, some not even related to the security. Yeah, safe to say somethings up.
