I agree with what you said -- except that Norm can't interview. We KNOW he can interview, we've seen it on NML.

But what I've seen so far was (mostly) painful to watch. And I suspect Norm tried to bury this show with the Hollywood Reporter comments just so it'd never see the light of day.

I don't know the kind of pressure Norm's under but he really does seem anxious and I know a thing or two about anxiety. I think they would have been better off just putting all the NML podcasts on Netflix because those were amazing.

So... this was definitely a rocky start. I'm a little disappointed, but Norm's still my favorite comic and I'll give a potential season 2 a try if they make some adjustments.
