[A] <Nightfire> is currently looking for more members to solidify our raid team! But first a bit more about us...
We're a casual raiding guild, currently raiding 2 days a week, now focussing on HC, with possible bonus raids if people are up for it. The bonus raids are never mandatory. Everyone in the guild treat eachother like equals with respect and new members will be treated as such! We're one weird family and love to have a good laugh during raids.

So, what are we looking for? Currently we're in need of multiple DPS. DPS: Death Knight Rogue Enchantment Shaman Windwalker Monk Warlock Shadow Priest Balance Druid
What do we expect from you? We expect you to have good knowledge of your class. Meaning what talents are best for which situation, which glyphs to use and most importantly your rotation. Prior raiding experience is much appreciated but not a must. We do however expect you to perform up to a certain standard in order to pass the 2-3 week trial (depending on performance/attendance) that every new member has to go through. We expect you to have your gear fully enchanted and gemmed. Once you've passed your trial period, enchants are paid by the guild, gems aren't.
Apart from gameplay, we also expect adult behaviour. Most of our members are adults, of which some even have there own families, so we know that real life matters can sometimes pop up even during raids. This has never formed a major issue as of yet. We don't have an age limit, we just expect certain manners.
What can you expect from us? As stated, once you've passed your trial period enchants will be paid for. But there's more! Food, flasks and potions are all provided by the guild aswell! This means that when you don't have alot of gold, which is an issue to some, this isn't an issue anymore!
But more importantly ofcourse, you will be in a friendly, stable raid environment which never skips a raid day unless there is no other choice. When people have real life matters to tend to, that naturally comes first and it's no problem whatsoever. Preferably with upfront notice if that happens ofcourse.
