A buddy of mine who's an actor that's worked on a lot of relatively good films with some A-list actors (a Bacon score of two and a MCU score of one), it says that any agent would tell their client not to do this, in fact they would beg them not to do this because there's a good chance that his career could be impacted for years to come if the right people decide to take offense. When they don't is when, as I said, everything gets pushed under the rug. I honestly think that because of how public it was, we could actually see him getting arrested. It would be a miscarriage of justice not to and the state has all the proof they need, including the fact that Mr. Smith made a reference to the incident during his acceptance speech where he admitted he did it...
