Official Q&A for Thursday, December 21, 2017

I work 10 hour night shifts. When I first got this job a year ago, it disrupted my schedule so much it took me a while to figure out how to fit running in.

What I do is run when I get home after work. I'm usually beat (it's pretty physical work) but what I've found works is to make sure I don't get comfortable when I get home. If I sit down, it takes a lot of work to get back up lol. If I need motivation, I'll put on some metal to get my blood pumping lol.

Anyway, once I have my gear on and have hit the road, I'm good and instantly am thankful I'm out and running.

Your schedule sounds way more complicated than mine, but I guess the tip in here might just be that you might have more gas in the tank when you get home than you think. Good luck!
