Hi there- I recently completed an overseas photo assignment for a client and after the fact (after I returned home and 75% payment received) they sent a rudimentary contract for me to "sign". Do you see any issue with this wording? My only concern is being able to retain the ability to use the images as well for self-promotion, which I believe was fine with them. I was only asked to withhold publishing anything until the images I give them go to print. However, I shot many in bracketed images (3 or 5 shots per shot) and in RAW. I doubt they really want all the image, as the client stated she wanted me to cull them and send best 2-300. Any suggestions on how I should amend this and send it back? She is new at this and I think i'm only the second photographer she's dealt with on this type of assignment (each year its a diff one from diff place).

SAMPLE OF CONTRACT WORDING SENT I, xxx photographer, hereby attest to give to (XXCLIENT NAME), free of rights, all pictures shot during the assignment between September 27th 2018 and October 10th 2018, to cover the (client stated) period at xxClient xxx Client city I also undertake to do all the necessary requested work (e.g. photo editing, high definition, etc) on the pictures selected by the property.

Issued for all legal intents and purposes.
