I have a question. It kind of seems like Ned made a mistake… why do we have to shame him and cut him off completely? I think cutting him out of the group is fine (although I still think that’s a bit much) But obviously he has some internal shit going on. You said you spent 8 years building a workplace relationship and friendship with him. Why do you have to stop? He seems sorry from what I have read.

Am I missing something? I seriously would like to know because if he did something super awful please tell me! I think cheating on one’s spouse is awful. As a wedding photographer I agree with not sweeping it under the rug and having zero tolerance. But if my best friend came to me and said they cheated and they feel awful, I would be inclined to help her figure it out. Idk man. This seems like overkill. Unless I am, of course, missing something.
