Officially the coolest thing I own

36, lifting about 4-6 days a week, running, biking, walking, hiking. Feel better than I ever have, looking better than I ever have.

It's not just about genetics. I know a ton of people my age who just kept trying to live as though they're still 21. They can't let that time go and grow up.

They want to drink, eat garbage "food", never exercise, and then at like 35 they're whining about feeling old and their body breaking down and all that shit.

It's like naw dawg, you never exercise, you're technically an alcoholic and alcohol destroys your sleep cycles (that beer to fall asleep is horrible for you stop drinking to fall asleep ffs), you never drink water, you eat garbage that shouldn't be qualified as food, of course you feel like shit.

Treat your body like shit it'll feel like shit. Treat it well and you'll feel so much better. Some days are rough and I don't recover from shit like I used to so I'm not saying you can completely nullify the aging process, but odds are if you're feeling old in your 30s it's because you're unhealthy and trying to cling to your 21-28 year old self. That person is gone, let them go.
