I think that's a very narrow minded view of the situation and while of course it's easier for us to just say "well, they're just crazy sociopaths so that's why they say crazy shit!" and pat ourselves on the back for being the sane ones, can we not instead make an effort to try to understand how a fellow human being came to this point and maybe empathize? They are clearly very unhappy people living in a mental prison and if you are not a sociopath and can feel empathy this should make you sad and want to help them, not shit on them or call them sociopaths/crazy/evil or whatever insult to discredit and dehumanize them, this won't do anything except maybe make you feel better about yourself
