Oh hey! It only took 20 years, but my student loans are at zero as of today

I'm so far out of my element with that stuff, I wouldn't even know where to start. I never even got my degree, that loan was for one year at a university and my life went topsy-turvy during that year so I had to move back home and go back to shift work.

I couldn't possibly afford an attorney or legal fees, I'm a retail wage slave. I feel like even if I tried talking to an attorney about this they'd laugh me out of the room for lack of any proper documentation and for having let it go this long without trying to get it rectified. (admittedly I just have a tendency to roll over and let things happen most of the time, and I know this is all my fault for having tried going to that university in the first place, but it's frustrating nonetheless)

Thanks for the response though
