Aggressive dogs with irresponsible owners get put down, no matter who they bite. That has nothing to do with landlords. Where are you getting “accidentally” from, anyway?

The vast majority of dogs are not properly trained and have absolute idiots for owners. Some breeds are more genetically inclined towards aggression than others and therefore have more severe issues when they’re owned by idiots than other breeds. Because of these two facts, it makes sense to be suspicious, especially when it comes to your safety or if live in a place where you can get sued if your tenant’s dog attacks someone.

I say this as the owner of a Rottweiler. I’m just as sick of difficult/potentially difficult dogs being mishandled and paying the price for their owners’ laziness.
