Why is it ok for MPF not to know their jobs?

3S0 here

It’s not just that it really depends on their supervisors and management. As someone wrote earlier were rotated to ensure we get hands on multiple programs.

17 years in and even though I’ve had outbound assignments training during PC3 days, I do want to go back on the saddle and experience it again. Osan is a great place to learn out bound assignments with its High ops tempo.

You can’t expect people to know their jobs when they also tried killing the AFSC 3 times. One was before I joined other in 2008 and 2013.

Even with the griping they attempted to get rid of the AFSC with self service programs yet people still don’t bother to utilize them. Trust me. That’s why they made the records digital for members to access. Same with your ribbons, tdy history, etc etc.

Sorry you had a bad experience but we do our best. 90% of our job relies on someone else to do their part as well.

Good example....I had a guy show up to my office in osan and started to throw shit around because he got diverted.....his wife has a sickness that needed to be close to a hospital with right equipment per 1466. He started to verbally blame her for his career always being shit and asked if he got divorced would he get his first assignment back which he could not. I felt bad for the spouse to ever deal with such a person. At the end he blamed me because my chain asked if I tampered with his assignment
