The first week I played I won, there were 60 players and it was a $13 event. I think I won like $300. I've played for two months since then almost every week so I would've spent around $100. Last time a played around a year ago I came second at one of them for like $70 which probably covered my buy ins since I was mostly playing the $3 ones.

Tbh I just play to relax because work is stressful, don't really focus unless I want to beat someone. Pub poker is also pretty brutal if you're invested in winning because even the greats are going to get fucked by the variance. I'd go to the casino but 2/5 is the minimum here and rake is 13% capped at $25. Fuck that.

That venue leader has insanely consistent results, I've never seen a venue leader be that consistent two seasons in a row though.
