That okay ?

For me it's been the opposite. My company promised market rate after a 2 year contract at very low pay (think half market rate..) So I worked my butt off for those 2 years, I was the top performer on my team, constantly helping others out as well, lots of staying up all night to save the butts of my lazy teammates etc... well my 2 years comes around and I was offered the the bottom 1% of what could be considered market rate while my peers who I carried through this stupid program are getting significantly more than me... Apparently this was because of a heated discussion I had with a manager over a year ago thanks to being so damn passionate about what I am working on.

So yeah, I am not putting in any more effort till I get a new job sense they clearly don't give a shit about performance.
