Is it okay to drink 1-2 beers every single day?

It's alright. Drinking a ton of beer isn't great for your gut. It might not be intoxicating but it adds up and overall isn't great for your system (the same way bagels aren't great for your system). Actually dairy and sugar is a lot worse and literally converts to a form of alcohol when it ferments in your stomach. Watch the Ted Talk by Julie Wei to find out why drinking milk causes asthma and everything else you think is wrong with you. My personal philosophy is to drink a small amount every day or drink a fair amount three or four days a week and sometimes not drink at all. Personally I think it's only worth it if you diversify and mix good drinks since there are so many kinds of booze you can buy with botanicals and different properties, you can't tell me there isn't a way to drink regularly that's awesome for your health. It's ok to take some shots or drink a bottle of wine once in a while, however I think it's sad to see people buy and drink a bottle at a time when it takes me all week to drink a bottle of red wine, if you save any of that you can build an awesome liquor cabinet.
