Okay, I get it now. Dog ruined my day.

Yep, I was about seven as well. For a long time, I really disliked dogs until I realized that the problem is bad, irresponsible owners who don't care about who they hurt. At the end of the day, dogs are animals, and while they are domesticated, they must still be guided by their owners so they can behave appropriately. Same goes for children, and other pets. Unfortunately, entitled dog owners are especially bad because, well, dogs can hurt people in ways other pets don't (though there is always the potential for harm with any pet, even rodents and reptiles).

I honestly believe many people wouldn't hate or fear dogs as much if it wasn't for these terrible owners who don't understand or take proper care of their dogs (and yeah, things like keeping dogs leashed or indoors, and not taking them to every public space possible is responsible ownership).
