Oklahoma Woman Who Married Her Mother Pleads Guilty To Incest | HuffPost

Why is everyone bringing up child grooming when the couple in question had no contact through the daughter's life? It may be a valid point in a general anti-incest argument, but how does it even matter for this case? There was no grooming, there was no previous sexually inclined abuse, they met AS ADULTS and made the choice AS ADULTS. Why is this specific detail in this specific conversation at all?

(By the way, I just wanna apologize really quick for how aggressive this sounds! I swear to god, I'm only swimming in confusion not trying to put people down or start fights. I just violently do not undersand and am too tired to figure out any gentler phrasing for this. I also think there's something horrible wrong with the mother and all of this was probably BAD NEWS, but at complete face value for the entirely situational purposes, it was a consensual adult relationship.)
