Old Lebanon Photos (x-post from r/OldSchoolCool)

pshhh i am lebanese and got treated as a racist here in france! and by a german girl. she was in my masters class last year and i asked her if germany was alright. she told me it was all propaganda and EVERYWHERE is not safe (as if we should encourage that lack of safety even more). then she continued by saying the birth rates are super low in germany and they needed refugees.....i was like, but you are an economist. surely you can finf solutions toencourage women to give birth more? like kindergartens in the workplace? or cheaper school tuitions if you have more than one child?

meanwhile she was bar hopping every night, taking theater lessons to dress like a sunflower for facebook. she is following her boyfriend to freaking uganda this year because of his job........i am all for sell fulfilment, but when you rely on human imports who have nothing to do to begin with on your soil just to have your fun, that's when i draw the line. people do not make sacrifices for the well being of the whole nation. i am currently in france but i will return asap in lebanon to fight if i had to. i am studying as hard as possible to then do projects in the country in the future. people sell their lands and their own country if it means momentary gains and profits and it disgusts me.

you are not racist at all. we are animals at heart with a tendancy to protect our own and with survival instincts. we have to be reasonable and logical more so than empaths. constant sympathy towards ennemies of freedom doesn't put food on your table and let you sleep safely at night.
