Older couples that decided to not have children... how do you feel about your decision now that years have passed ?

I’m 37 and no I don’t get harassed at all in real life. I do have some people who just don’t understand and ask “do you have a boyfriend yet?” When I go hang out with them but for the most part, people are respectful. Men who want to date me are less respectful, but I walk away. I’m comfortable with who I am. If someone isn’t okay with my choices, then they can fuck off.

If you are actually curious about this, have you ever heard of asexuality? I don’t necessarily “identify” as asexual, however it most certainly fits the way I feel. Asexual means you don’t experience sexual attraction, which is what is often happening within people who don’t want relationships. There are some subs here /r/asexuality and /r/asexual for people who experience asexuality - granted not all asexuals stay single and some even have kids

I said I don’t get harassed in real life, which is true, but I do get harassed on Reddit. To be completely honest, outside of those subs here on Reddit is when I get harassed the most about my preferences but it’s easy to just keep quiet sometimes too. But it’s fine because I’m confident in myself. It doesn’t matter to me if some random dude living in his mom’s basement on Reddit cares ;)
