Older LoL Players, 27+ how do you stay afloat?

28 years and working 30 Hours. I started back in season one and only really quit for one year in that 8-9 years. Ive been gold since like 4 years and feel like i wont find the time to really improve and break into Plat, however i still feel im a better player each season. With work, sports, girlfriend and social life i play quite casually off course, but having a game where i got the mechanics and everything developed already is then super nice to me. I treat it as a hobby and you kinda always find the time to watch educational videos now and then and with that i‘d say it’s still fairly easy to get better, even without having to invest too much time. One tip i personally would give though is sticking to a role and some few champs in our situation. The advantages of one tricking have often been discussed here and apply especially for people who have limited amounts of time. I pretty much played the same 5 champs for like 4 seasons now
