One of Marty's character flaws is that he mirrors the people he's with. It happens with X and it happens a lot with Yuno cause you see the two extreme sides of his mirroring when he's in full crack head vs becomes super wholesome. Omie noted this on his stream multiple times that this is a character flaw he's committed to for Marty.

Yes - Marty deserves the ban for the occ shit, yes - X should have gotten more than a 24 hour ban that ends right before CB's casino day, but damn people need to stop hating on Omie for a RP character flaw. It's like hating on Yuno for being nice to CG or hating Lang for being scuffed as fuck all the time. Cringe AF.
