On this day 80 years ago 17yo partisan fighter Lepa Radić was publicly hanged

Well I don't agree with murdering anyone associated with the nazis, especially not after the war was already over. By this logic, every german of age would be guilty in those times and should have been killed, which is total non sense.

Especially questionable are the murders of teenage church boys, like the brothers of the best friend of my grandma who were 17 and 15 in 1947, when they were called in for inspection, never to be seen again, no graves, no nothing. I have my doubts about their loyalty to the nazi ideology, but who knows.. there was only one truth back then, coming from one source.

Or the murdering of the more liberal members of the communist party, such as this show trial. But at least we know what happened to these people, how they died and what they were accused of.

I understand completely, that people hate everything associated with nazis and fascists. Just remember that we can judge in hindsight now, much better than the people alive in the 40s could. It wasn't about morality as much as it was about surviving and continuing their way of life, since that was all they knew. Sometimes that meant helping the partisans, sometimes it meant defending from the partisans stealing their livestock, etc.
