On duty officer attempts to side with off duty officer after a fender bender

Q: How is this interaction racist A: In this car accident it is blatant that it is the officers fault. However despite that being the case and even in the face of overwhelming evidence the female officer tries to use her discretion to fabricate a series of events that runs contrary to the evidence to benefit the off duty cop and disregards the woman’s account of the accident totally. This incident is one in many where officers historically misuse the power given to them by the state to marginalize and disadvantage people of color for their benefit. Abdicating your duties as an officer in favor of nepotism isn’t simply just being an a-hole. This is a constant problem and an ongoing struggle. If this lady didn’t record this incident...do you think you or most people will believe her account over 2 white cops? I don’t think so. Maybe the better thing to say is that this interaction is a result of centuries of unaddressed racism...instead of saying that these cops are purposefully and malicious being racist. If our society adequately held police accountable for their misconduct, and we didn’t weapons Ze law enforcement to marginalize people of color...I don’t think this situation could of happen.

There’s your answer...hope it’s not to long for you. Now my question for y’all that y’all haven’t answered is what exactly do y’all consider to be racism and how should people go about addressing in a productive way?
