In 2011, Malcolm McCormick, or Mac Miller, embarked on his first nationwide tour, which was titled “The Most Incredibly Dope Tour”

Mac Miller was 19 in this video and was on his 7th of 29 tour dates from January to February of 2011

Mac had just turned 19 on Jan 19, 2011 and this video is from his concert at Slim’s nightclub in San Francisco

4 friends and I made the drive to Santa Clara where a friend of ours was going to school and we took the Cal Train to SF

We were all 19 at the time and got extremely drunk on the way to SF and all of us got kicked out of line in the alley by a bouncer and our hands were “X’d” in sharpie

But while my friends went looking for a cab, I took off my sweatshirt in the alley and went across the street to a convenience store and used the bathroom to wash off my hands and got back in line and found someone with an extra ticket and got into the concert while my friends left to head back to Santa Clara

Long story short: I made friends and partied in SF that night and was able to meet up with my friends the next day and will always be thankful for not giving up that night
