On a scale of 1 to Tide Pod Challenge, how dumb would it be to buy a house with $175+ in student loans?

He has also stated in plenty of his shows that he doesn't believe in debt and that people should pay for houses outright. He won't yell as much if you already are in debt with one, but his advice repeatedly had been stay in some old lady's shed or garage and save up to buy a house outright. These are facts. Downvote all you like, but these are his words so you're really downvoting Dave Ramsey anyhow so... doesn't bother me.

I actually don't mind Dave Ramsey and really only disagree with his stance on cc's and MTF's instead of index funds since he only says that for profits. I just watch his shoe and have seen multiple times of where he says to not get a mortgage can pay outright by living in an old lady's shack. You can sit here and say he's never said that, but for years this has been his advice.
