One hour notice to go to court?

About 2 months ago I had a small issue come up and my case manager asked me to go into court a week early to take care of it, saying the judge will be expecting me. I complied with his request. The judge had no idea that I was supposed to be there. He ended up fitting me in anyways though.

*I went to court on the 27th of July. I go every two weeks. My next court date was set for the 10th *I got a dirty UA Friday. *I went to my substance abuse group from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Talked about my relapse. My therapist didn't say anything about me having to go to court. If someone accidentally shows up to group on a day that they have court their therapist will tell them immediately. *Court is either at 10:00 am on Monday or 1:30 pm. The therapeutic team only goes to the court in the morning. *My therapist requires all of her clients to go to the morning court session because of this. They recommend more fitting sanctions instead of just throwing you in jail and a year long in-patient treatment center for any mistake. *While I was in group I missed a call from my peer mentor. I texted her back after because she was in court. She was just making sure I was doing alright. She's also somebody that would tell me if I'm supposed to show in court. I told him idk if I can make it but I'll try. *I got a ride home. *I missed a call around 12. I called them back and it was my case manager. He asked me to be in court by 1:30. I told him idk if I could make it. He said that I "have" to be in court. He is a known liar though. *I live at least 3 miles from the train station. I start heading out there. It's also a 40 minute train ride from my stop to the courthouse with a 10 minute transfer on the way. There's also a short walk from the station to the court house. *On my way there, I called the court clerk and she said that I'm on the docket for next week. *It was raining and now my phone's screen has these horizontal lines running down the whole screen. I can't see past them so I can't use it. (Just explaining why I couldn't call them.) *When you break a rule in Drug Court you are supposed to be staffed and they all recommend sanctions for you. There was obviously no time for them to staff my case. This is a big disadvantage for me.
