This is one of many reason why we should be proud of our healthcare. You just have to pay RM1 at any government hospitals for any medical bills. In the US, people are dying just because they can’t afford to pay for medical expenses.

People tend to take our healthcare system/police for granted. As a whole, not just public but private included.

Here at least you can go into a clinic, see a doctor, get medication and the costs aren't ridiculously high. Whereas in the UK, just to see a fucking doctor I'd have to fill up all these forms, then wait for the office to revert to me then I can get an appointment. Which is at least for weeks.

Now to the police, at least you have stations operating 24/7 to assist or lodge a report. Go over to the UK and some of them close on Sundays and have 9-5 opening times. Hilarious. My friend's phone was stolen, he gave up trying to lodge a report given how troublesome it is.

Malaysia > UK in many ways. Thank fucking god I'm in Malaysia right now. We aren't the best but at least better.
