Can't talk about foreign policy or immigration unless you're a supposed UKIP supporting, white van driving, working class "right wing bigot" huh? It must make people feel really smug to deprecatingly belittle the genuine concerns of their countrymen and other Europeans as "racist, intolerant, bigoted, xenophobic" or whatever other militant left wing buzz words they throw around these days. You, sir, reek of that very smugness.

How about you commit your family to being essentially foreigners in your own home town, as tens of thousands of immigrants and asylum seekers descend upon you (as happened to my home town - backed up by the census - white British is now a minority). Put your child in a school where he/she is in a minority of kids that speak proper English as a first language (once again, happened in primary schools in my home town). Sign up a a doctor's surgery that's chronically oversubscribed, because it was never supposed to adopt so many new patients, with such complex needs, in such a short space of time. Watch as British people are basically ethnically cleansed from social housing, because they aren't considered to be in "as much need", or don't have as many kids as immigrating families and asylum seekers. Watch as small ghettos form, where clusters of migrants refuse to assimilate, and instead form insular communities. I know you don't like anecdotal evidence, so I wont bore you, but it wouldn't take you long to come to the same conclusion if you witnessed the decimation of your home town within the space of 18 years.

Granting legitimate asylum is a good thing. But pandering to droves of economic migrants, on compassionate grounds, will be an utter catastrophe. They will just keep on coming, and we will descend down a very slippery slope. Might as well say goodbye to our social security, NHS and whatever else makes this country worth living in, because I can pretty much guarantee at this rate there wont be any money left for social care, pensions or NHS when I retire and actually need to use what I've been paying in to, as long as we carry on treating our country like a white apologist, empire apologist charity.
