I knew she was planning on getting married but she did not invite me to the ceremony or even let me know that it happened before it hit social media.

I mean I'm not planning on having a big ceremony and if it was up to me, only very few people will be present... maybe one witness, but that's it. However, I would certainly tell my friends that in person.

Or is this a clear indication that she did not want to include me at all and this is the end of the friendship?

It might simply be that you're not as close from her point of view as from yours.
