The one real message we should all get behind already

Cool man. The back story is interesting and it seems like it kind of shook out the way it should have. It sounds like the maybe the "girls only!" book club thing may have been a way they were passive agressively protesting not feeling included? Maybe I'm reading into that. It sounds like either way they lost a valuable employee because of a non-inclusive culture. Sucks for them free assosiation is is a beautiful thing and it's good she told them why she left. Now the company has an opportunity to correct thier culture if they want to retain female talent.

As a side note you seem like a pretty rad person, I bet people generally like having you around.
