I have one or two super busy and productive days and then the following days I am exhausted, overly sleepy and unproductive.. is it just me??

Also, had the same issue with my family bothering me during COVID. When my nieces and nephews wouldn’t stop bothering me until I decided to start using them as little schedule police. I basically tricked them into coming to bother me every 3-4 hours, told them we could do whatever they wanted for 45 minutes on my break. This forced me to get what I needed done in that time frame bc they were definitely going to start banging on my door in X amount of hours, the forced break was so good for my mental health. They honestly loved being involved, I told them everyday my success was bc of them. this made them feel super involved in my success. Also, kids are great for 30 second dance parties, utilize their energy.
