[Online] [D&D] [5e] [PBP] [Discord] Looking for players for a homebrew D&D campaign

My name is Dylan, AKA AntisocialDyll. While it's just a moniker, I not quite a social person. But, I'd say that's because I haven't met the right people to let myself shine. Mostly an artist and a gamer to the bone.

The biggest reason this caught my attention is the play-by-post. I dont have much other options around here since I only have a phone and no computer so I've heard Roll20 doesnt work well on phones.

I've only picked up D&D this year, but have quite a bit of experience in RPGs. Final Fantasy, Star Ocean, Elder Scrolls, Fallout, to name a few. I usually try to always determine ways my character can be better for mankind. Usually a lawful good I guess lol

So I guess the character: I appreciate Elves for the fact they usually have elegant designs in their crafts and I feel a type of artist fits. Usually figured a type of hermit who gets asked for help and is always willing to lend a hand. Money doesnt drive me, but whatever helps is appreciated. But since I'm not materialistic, I don't tend to hold onto things for too long. The companions I meet along the way, the people I save, and the places I experience are the muse to create more elegant and amazing crafts that people can say, "I got this from the most friendliest Elf you'd ever meet! Doesn't it look amazing?"

So my all time favorite moment in a campaign was one I ran in person with my friends. It was our first time playing, so we didnt metagame all that well. But, we were running The Lost Mine of Phandelver campaign and one of my PCs ran into some Redbrand things who were picking on him. Well one of my other PCs ran outside and attempted to throw a torch at them and missed, hitting a tree and catching it on fire. This was all after the town was in a panic, because my other PC, who was chaotic evil, decided to throw an acid ball at the Innkeepers face. I don't have many, but the other one that I thought was amazing was this campaign where the PCs made a 3 man tower of two elves and a gnome. Best thing ever was the teamwork.

Overall, if I dont make the cut, I appreciate you taking the time and give us all an opportunity to be a part of your campaign.
