Dear Benjamin, Well done! You've officially submitted one of the best applications today! The speed at which you got back, combined with the quality and articulacy of your response, and also the fact that you seem a genuinely nice person, means that you're definitely in the top few candidates for the position. I like to leave posts up for a few days, just to be fair for all potential candidates- and, given that you'd be entering into a pre-existing campaign, I'd probably ask you to come talk to some of the guys on Discord. Nothing so serious as an interview, just a quick chat about what we've done in the campaign so far, the kind of person we're looking for. Although, your availability in times (we generally play on Sundays, beginning at 4PM GMT) and approach to character building do earn you serious points- so, keep this between you, me, and the wall, but I think you stand a very good chance.

As for your character, if you potentially wanted to play a druid, I would recommend something like Circle of the Summer Court. It's a very powerful healing subclass- and, I think, very fun, as you get to be a fey druid, connected to the Feywild and Seelie Court, and all those wonderful things. If you have any questions about any part of the lore, please don't hesitate to ask. As for the subclasses, I'm afraid I haven't made any bard ones, and the druid one is more martially oriented/quite experimental. But I'm still happy to send you it!
